then returned to the FTP site to be retrieved by the office. The recorder can
also be programmed to send the voice files via email with return of the files via
encrypted email or FTP.

Dictation is done via telephone by calling the dictation system utilizing a
personalized code. The dictation is retrieved by the transcriptionist using her
personal code. The completed reports are returned via FTP or encrypted email.
